I am incredibly disgusted with Mango Airlines and will never travel with them every again. In addition to this Shoprite Checkers should stop trying to be the counter for every kind of purchase when they cannot actually provide a decent service. This complaint will be contained in a different complaint dedicated especially to Shoprite Checkers. My mum purchased an airline ticket to travel to Port Elizabeth on the 12th day of January 2013. This ticket was purchased through Shoprite and it WAS PAID FOR. At check in she was told it wasnt paid for but allowed to travel to PE. MANGO assured us they would sort the matter out. My mum is to return on sat but MANGO have said its not their problem and we must buy another ticket otherwise she cannot return because its shoprites fault as they didnt pay the money to mango. Shoprite say they paid the money to mango. We have proof that payment was made to shoprite. So while shoprite and mango fight about this my mum doesnt have a seat on the plane to return and we have to pay again. This is completely unacceptable and MANGO AIRLINES IS DEFINATELY A PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER. I WILL ENSURE I TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS BECAUSE YOU HAVE OUR MONE
