Mango airlines has avery bad attetude and do not care one towards customers. Mango is going the same way as one time airlines, when it comes to customer care. I have bookeda flight for my wife via skyscanner. The ticket was payed via overseas credit card, for my wife is visiting family. I have booked and payed for the flight.skyscanner never send an e mail to say that mango airlines requiered the credit card that was used to make the payment. Only later couple of days a email came through to me that they require it.but the ticket was payed through skyscanner that makessure that the credit card used is leget, and its the correct persons credit card thas been used.when my wife wanted to board they send her all over the airport to sort this out treating her very badly that was not necessarily.mango staff was unprofessionaly and wouldnot listern to her and what she had to say.then they wanted a pic of the credit card, how stuped to jeopardize the customers chances of been part of a if the wrong people gets hold of the pic. Southafricans be aware of mango airlines they are cheats, they even wanted my wife to pay again forcthe ticket after its beenpayed for .ill never use mango again.
