On Sunday 26 May 13 I went to pay my daughters flight ticket for Mango airline from Cape town to Johannesburg at the money market @ shop-rite. I used my ATM card to make the payment the payment went off my bank account but the ticket was not confirmed as per the receipt that got printed. The lady that assisted me called the manager for assistance the manager then asked her to call mango for assistance. Mango asked for all the doc to be faxed to them so that they can look into the matter. All doc was send to mango on Tuesday 28 when I called shop rite to find out what was happening the lady again called her manager to ask what was happening her manager said that I must not make my problem theirs and that I must just sort it out with mango and. Again I called mango they said that they still busy with shop rite and I must just deal with it. I need to have some sort of assistance from both shop rite and mango with regards to the flight. I think the manager of shop rite needs to be send on a customer care course so that she knows how to deal with client queries because this is very unacceptable. I need my money back or my flight ticket
