Disgusted, worse service EVER... drive back and forth to airport. incorrect information from airport staff... airport staff, they refuse to look at the paper work for the credit card and copy of id, they only want original CC card... conflicting information... bad attitude, rude. no respect for elders. listen to the calls... I am so frustrated

the staff tell my dad to rebook and come back at 1pm for a flight, they fail to tell him that he will have to be on standby. I listen to them speaking, because, Allison is not allowed to speak to someone on the phone

this is not even the 1st time, two weeks ago when my sister travelled, poor service... I did not even report it.

I want my refund and an apology for my DAD... that had to be inconvenienced, walked far as a pensione
