MANGO AIRLINES DELAYED FLIGHT FOR 6 HOURS

Last nited i was scheduled to board Mango airline JE 272 at 20.30, they gave us no information about any flight delays, we waited at the airport until 1 am this morning to board and arrive in Johannesburg at 2.15.

this is truely uncalled for!!! they have an obligation to keep us informed about any delays, they did no such thing, we were like sheep following each other from one end of the boarding gate to another.

They could have informed us before 7 that our flight is going to be delayed n most of us would have not rushed to the airport. we had family waiting for us in Johannesburg from 21.40 only for us to arrive there at 2.15 this morning.

i wish they would take responsibility for their actions n apologize to everyone as the only compensation we got from Mango staff was their rudness n a R50 voucher at wimpy.

It baffles me as to why they ask us to put our email, and telephone numbers on the booking when Mango does not intend to use it, It supposed to be used in an emergency, but i would think a 6 hour delay constutitues as an emergency.

i suppose thats what we get... cheap flights with even cheaper service... truely dissappointed n disgusted with this service
