I contacted call center to enquire about booking a flight with a company card. I was informed that it is allowed and it is seen as a sponsored booking. My reference number KXRBGB
I booked the flight and check in at the self-help desk.
When I boarded the flight, I was asked for the credit card. I informed the lady that assisted me that I do not have the credit card and asked if there is anything else I can do. She informed me that I can pay the amount and the money taken from the credit card will be refunded. I informed her that I can draw the money and pay. She was on the phone for a while talking to her supervisor. She was very unfriendly and not willing to assist me. When she got off the phone she instructed me that they are going to off load me. There was enough time to go to the bank and pay the money. She informed me that the call center always gives out the incorrect information. I was told to go to the Mango desk and speak to the supervisor. Upon my arrival I was told, they closing and I need to come back tomorrow.
Not once did she apologize or try to assist me. I travel from ORT to CPT every 2nd weekend with Mango and feel the service was shocking
