NEVER FLY MANGO AGAIN

I was booked on a 12H05 flight on Mango from Jhb to Durban yesterday. We left home at 05H00 to ensure that we were on time and arrived at the Airport at 09H30. Upon arrival we were informed that the flight had been delayed and there was nothing that we could do about this fact. My husband went to the "client services" and was abeuptly informed by the supervisor on duty that Mango was not obliged to sms any clients of delays. The problem was that I had to carry a 18 month old baby for the period with absolutely no assistance from any of Mango staff. Totally disgusing and I was treated like dirt. Never once were we offered any assistance and we were just left with a "take it or leave it" attitude by the supervisor at the Airport.

I often fly Kulula and decided to try Mango. Never again will I make use of this unprofessional, rude, disgusting airline in my life again. Kulula have the decency to sms when there are delays and treat clients like clients.

I think they need a major shake up in their company and understand that the customer pays their salaries.

No more, will never fly Mango again.
