I had a flight to PE on Sunday (3 February) and I was flying back the next day. The Mango staff at OR Tambo gave me no problems and I have no complaints, but the staff at PE airport were lovely. It's about three weeks later and I still feel like I was treated like a business class or first class passenger. The staff at PE airport managed the queues beautifully. There was a huge Ghanaian tour group flying to Joburg for the Afcon & the Mango staff had allocated them to one teller and the rest of us to another. The ladies at the counter were polite and boarding was quick and painless. So thank you very much. I really appreciate the effort made. Thank you, Mango.
