Disguiting!!!

I am typing this report out of complete anger and irritation
for 4 days i have been trying to phone the greyhound customer care to book my ticket with my edgars account i have tried the 011611800 number and the 983 number and it has been engaged i have used over R70 airtyime calling everywere eventually i call my edcon group and they give me and 012 number to try i call that number and they tell me they cannot help me i should call the 0116118000 number i try telling the lady it does not work and she just tells me there is nothing she can do
in the mean time the ticket prices are going up which means when i eventually book it will be over 400 a ticket im so frustrated and the service from greyhound i eventually call the edcon back and they try the numbers and they to cannot get thru..what the do i do now
