False information and claim still not paid out

So I took greyhound again! 1 of the staff members tells me I can't get on the bus without a reference number even if I booked my ticket over the phone, when they clearly instructed me that my Identity book and card count as my reference. I got so mad because as another person tells him no, I am right, he keeps on telling me that I can't get on without a reference number and calls it in and stick to his stupid saying. I am already mad and deeply disapppointed in greyhound as they lost my fiance's luggage in December. I was ready to punch this guy. The original came and guess what? My name was on the list. Please greyhound, your service is becoming worser by the day.

About my claim. I was told last week Tuesday that the money would be paid into my account in 3 to 5 days. Guess what, the five days was over yesterday already. When will the money be paid in?!?
