I wanted to book a seat on a Greyhound bus for Johannesburg to Durban, and saw a special they were running on a TV ad.
When I inquired about it at Checkers, the lady didn't know anything about it.
They said I must call head office. I then called head office, the lady that answered said I must phone Customer care and gave me the number.
I phoned customer care, but the woman that answered was rude, she didn't want to help me with regard to the special advertised on TV.
I then asked her if there is anybody that she can transfer me to, that can help me, because I was not happy with the service I was receiving. She said no, they do not handle complaints telepathically, that I must email them.
I asked if i can talk to the CEO, she said no.
I then told her I am going to make a complaint about their misleading advertising and bad service to hello peter, she just said, " do as you please", and hanged up.
I am a pensioner and had to buy a bus ticket form another bus liner that was more expensive. But they at least helped me and gave me discount.
I just want to let everybody know, do not call Greyhounds "customer" service, they will not help you!
