We booked and paid for a return flight from JHB to Cape Town.
JHB to Cape Town on 28/03/13 & returning from CPT to JHB 02/04/13.
Due to work commitments we could not make the flight down to Cape Town 28/03/13, however we purchase another flight down to Cape town with the thought, I will make my Kulula flight back.
Arriving on CPT airport checking in, Kulula cancelled my complete flight ticket without ANY notification via email sms what so-ever. I had to purchase a complete new ticket ONCE again to return to JHB a day later.
I feel, before just cancellation, a notification is not asked for too much, as I have actually PAID for a seat that Kulula is now selling again making a double whammy price on a seat already paid for.
If a had a connection flight, this is a different story because automatically Kulula can assume that the connection flight can be missed but a return flight, cant just be assumed&cancelled without any notification.
For a big airline sending out thousands of reminders etc to sent a mail saying you have missed a flight are you making it - no its easy coz they just making more money as one have to purchase a ticket again. I would say? Can I at least get refund?
