I sent about 6 emails claiming a number of missed flights, car&hotel reservations to Voyager email box, and received NO SINGLE response since early October, for last 100 days. In the call center a lady told me that actually they are not supposed to reply to emails unless they have any questions. Apparently they don't, neither did they book any of those claims to my Voyager miles. Amazingly terrible = NO customer service
