I booked a flight with Kulula on the 7th of October, due to a glitch in their system I was debited twice for a one way ticket from Cape-Town to Johannesburg. I called on that Monday to advise them that they had debitted by account twice and that I hadnt recieved my booking confirmation. Needless to say I received by booking confirmation and was promised that the money had been reversed and should be in my account within 48 hours or 5 working days. I have phoned 4 times now, all stating that the amount has not been reversed and that they promise to get it done. I decided to call again today to see what was happening and yet again to be told that the amount is pending and has not been reversed. This honeslty annoys me, Im a very responsable person but now 10 days and ill probably phone end of this week to be told the same story. Can you guys honeslty just do your job properly and get things done the first time.
