To whom it may concern

My family and I booked via Anytime Holidays during the festive season (27 Dec - 3 Jan 14). It was a reservation at the South Coast Kapenta Bay.
On arrival after 6 hours of driving from Johannesburg, we were informed by the receptionist that there was no booking for us and the relevent apartment was booked for someone other than us.
We were worried after thinking that this may have been a fradulant deal.
We tried contacting Anytime Holidays immediately only to find out that their offices were closed.
After an hour of delay, the receptionist managed to contact Anytime Holidays and was advised to give us the located room on the confirmation.
This was our first reservation with Anytime Holidays resulting in a very bad experience.
My family and I find this disorganisation unacceptable.
We would consider twice before making a booking with Anytime Holidays again.
The customer service was unsatisfactory.
