Could not make payment on website

Flight MN641 on 1 March 2013

I have been trying unsuccesfully for over an hour now to book this flight. Your website refuses to let me make payment. I find this highly frustrating as I booked the same flight for my fiance only a few minutes before.

I recieved an error telling me that they picked up an error on the booking and requested that I call 0861 KULULA. To my dimay your call center works selct hours. How do you run your busines?!?!?!

Kulula has no service levels!

I am scheduled to pay R779 for this flight. I want feedback asap. Kulula is an absolute shambles. Fix this or I will never fly Kulula again!
