Flights changed without our knowledge

On the 21 March 2013 I booked 2 separate flights for me and my girlfriend to Cape Town from Lanseria airport for the 2nd of May returning on the 4th using my [URL Removed] credit card.

When we arrived at the airport on the morning of the 2nd of May we where told that my girlfriend's flight was not on the system. When we inquired about this at the [URL Removed] service desk at the airport the attendant told us that my girlfriend's outbound flight was changed (but not the return flight) by another person at the airport and the change was paid for using a credit card number neither of us recognized. When we tried to dispute this we where informed that there was nothing that Kulula could do about it and we could try to by another ticket if one was available.

This incident proves that [URL Removed] flight booking system is ineffective and allows persons to change flights of other persons without their knowledge, or that it is full of holes that can exploit. I expected a lot better in terms of security from an airline. Because of this incident I have no confidence in how secure Kulula's systems are and I will have to cancel my [URL Removed] credit card.
