Kulula breach CPA!

I booked flights from Lanseria to Cape Town later this month for a holiday on Kulula. I was in the process of applying for jobs in Cape Town and I received an offer yesterday which I accepted. I called Kulula to cancel the flights. I was prepared to pay a cancellation fee. They outright told me the flight is non refundable for those sectors. This is unacceptable as per CPA the following is valid: Consumers right to cancel advanced reservation, booking or order; section 17 (2) a consumer has the right to cancel any advance booking, reservation or order for any goods or services supplied. I will fight this all the way as legally I am entitled to a refund, I am moving away from Joburg and that is the reason for cancelling the flights, I can not change it to a different time as I would not need a flight from Lanseria to Cape Town and back anymore. I want it cancelled and refunded!
