Incompetence from consultance and their seniors

I had made arrangements for a bus on for the 24th of December on the 19th of December and was misinformed by the consultant I spoke to, when i went to pay, I was told my booking was cancelled, Spoke to a gentleman by the name of Thembani and he assured me he will investigate and get back to me and also mentioned if the error was on their side he will be issuing a complementary ticket (Ref NNM029) and still haven't heard any thing from him, I then called on the Monday and spoke to Billy who promised to investigate my claim, seeing that I was being passed around I requested he book me for another bus (Ref NOO672) which he said was available for the same day provided I make a payment before 18H00 on the day of the call, I then left work early on the day to make sure there are no problems, got to Shoprite and was told the bus was fully booked, I mean what is the use of booking over the phone if I'm gonna be told be disappointed over the counter and why do you employ people that will misdirect your clients and promise them things that they never asked for in the first place? Please investigate the above mentioned, your feedback will be much appreciated.
