I lodged a complaint about a booking change I tried to make at the Emirates counter at Singapore airport as I asked the sales representative whether it would be possible to change my ticket from the initial date of the 2nd of feb to the 18th or 19th of January and I also mentioned because I have to be home earlier for work and asked specifically that I will be there before the 20th. After booking my ticket and paying SGD 61 I walked away, and five minutes later I realised that the booking she made was incorrect as it displayed the 19th of February. I went back to the counter to ask to change it to the correct date, so she told me to pay again, which is unacceptable as she did not show me a printout to confirm that it is the correct date and furthermore it was not my fault. She didnt want to budge so I emailed customer care and in 5 days had no response, I then emailed another division that just said sorry they cant help and just gave me the customercare email again. I emailed them and havent heard anything yet.
