I went to book on the 07.02.13 to Dbn for the 21.03.13, the lady that was assisting me was not a very nice lady as she didn't even smile, Anyway i asked her the prices for 21.03.13 she told me and i clearly told her i want to bbok for that date, only to realise on the 21.03.13 that she booked the ticked for 27.02.13 (day i made the booking) i went to enquire but the lady i spoke to told me ishould have ched and screeming and throwing tatrums..i asked if i can see the manager but she advised that there were no managers arround so i must just buy another ticket of which i did for R260 and i booked early as it was cheaper..i've never had this problem as i always book via Shoprite and before the customre leave they confirm the dat, time and the bus of the booking.i'm very dissappointed in this company as i loved travalling with them and i'ts a second time i have a problem with Translux Caoches... the other time i phoned customer care to cancell booking until airtym got finished, when i went to got tell them they charged me even more..ticket was R280 i paid R30 more but the bus booked was R150 why did they make me pay more cause what they had covered all costs... i wish to receive my refund
