Dissapointing High Tea Experience

I purchased a voucher for High Tea for my parents as their Christmas gift on 14 December 2012
I called to make the booking and left a booking with a kind lady who took my call and said she would call back to confirm. She didn't and later in the afternoon I called and spoke Ilse who confirmed the booking for Sunday at 2.30pm.

My parents went through to the hotel for what should have been a very special treat for them only to be told that there was no booking for them. They were eventually offered a table outside in the cold and when my dad declined someone spoke to management and they squeezed them into the main lounge. They came home feeling very disappointed with the whole experience.

I emailed Ilse on 17/04 to complain about the booking and was called back to say they were investigating. On 29/04 I followed up via email and was told it was an error and they cancelled the booking by mistake and the F&B manager would be in contact. On 14/05 I mailed back to enquire when I would hear back from the F&B manager and received an email saying the F&B manager will be in contact. To date, over a month later no one has bothered to get back to me. Very dissapointing service...
