BUS BROKEN DOWN THREE TIMES ON ONE TRIP

My daughter are on the bus from Margate to Pretoria - bus left Margate at 7 this morning. Broke down on the highway about Pinetown - mechanic was send to fix. 50 Km later the bus broke down again. The passengers had to wait - new bus was send. In Pietermaritzburg this bus broke down again. Now they sitting in a street in Pietermaritzburg - already about an hour waiting for a mechanic to arrive to send a report to?? to act!!! It is unsafe. No food or drinks provided. Traumatised passengers. Old people on board. The call centre either doesn`t answer their phones or give me incorrect information. Call centre agent told me the bus is not broken is only overheating. IT IS STUCK - THAT MEANS BROKEN. They don`t understand - the bus stops at Pretoria station which by itself is very unsafe - should have been there 18.45. I am single women now I have to pick up my daughter at the station at??? time at night. About a month ago a relative used the same bus from Pretoria to Margate and the same happened - he should have been in Margate at 6 am in the morning. Arrived there 10 am. Unacceptable. No manager or team leader available to talk to and no numbers to log complaint.
