Hi I dropped off my domestic at the midrand station as her bus was scheduled to leave at 6 on 20/12/13 we were there at 17:30. At 19:00 the bus still did not arrive, my family and I waited until midnight and still no bus, the lady responsible at midrand station confessed that no-one can tell her what the problem was. I tried calling the help centre but there was no help. Eventually they put her on the translux after 01:00 the morning. No call to apologised or compensate for time.

Today 5th January 2014 my domestic was told her stop which is midrand is not part of the bus drivers schedule hence she must get off in Pretoria, I specifically booked for drop off in Midrand, making thinks worse is that they lost her luggage as well, all the agents at the Pretoria station could say is we don't have the forms to complete just phone customer care. I phoned customer care several time no one is available. I call the called centre to assist they apologised that only customer care can assist.

I asked for management contact details but they refused.

My domestic is starting the year with no clothes! And she has no money to purchase new clothes but city to city does not care.
