Margate Coach

Left Stranded by Margate Coach and Airport Services

I am R.Eisenhardt an 81 year old pensioner. I arranged to travel with the Margate Mini Coach on the 6.6. 2013 with my wife from the Ifafa Bridge (as a pick-up point) to the Durban Airport. This is approx. 130km from our home. We paid for return tickets and told the Margate Mini Coach receptionist that we would arrive back on the 28th of June at 17.00 hours. All went fine until our return date.
Our plane arrived from Frankfurt via Dubai to King Shaka airport which is a tiring trip.
flight from Dubai was delayed so we only arrived 30 minutes late being 17.30.. We went through passport control and to collect our 4 pieces of baggage. I got to the Mini Coach with my first 2 suit cases and told the coach to wait for the final 2 pieces which my wife was collecting. I had left my wife at the conveyor belt for the other 2 cases. When I arrived at the "Margate Coach and Airport Services" the chauffeur told me that under no circumstances can he wait for my wife. I ran back to fetch her and when we came out my 2suitcases stood on the pavement unattended. Now I had to hire a car and paid another R 850 not compensated by Margate Coach
