Unacceptable service

My daughter and son- in- law was travelling on the Thursday before the Easter weekend.

? 3 hour delay at Jhb station- not enough buses to accommodate all passengers. Was told there is an overbooking- more passengers than buses.
? At halfway was told to get onto another bus. From double decker to single decker. Bus overcrowded.
? No toilet facilities- passenger had " accident" in the bus. Bus had to stop to clean up. Imagine the indignity, embarrassment this person experienced.
? Passengers were angry and getting off on highway - at their offramps close to their homes. Very dangerous
? Bus was travelling at 30km an hour- trip from halfway to dbn took 7 hours- total trip took approximately 14 hours.
? Question was asked to SA Roadlink bus driver why he is not going further than halfway- response was that bus won't even go past Pietermaritzburg as it does not have the necessary permits.
? Request for refund or compensation was a categoric no.

is this the type of service? i would like to ask the owners if this is acceptable? would he like to be treated like this.
