Useless Call Centre and Customer Service

I booked a Ticket for an unaccompanied Minot with the Call Centre. I followed their instruction and waited an hour and called back to confirm. I was told that the Minor is Confirmed on the flight and I was given an easy pay number so I could proceed with payment. a few days before departure I was called only to be told they could not accommodate the minor on the flight. After an agonizing telephone call I was then assured i would be refunded. To my surprise i was only refunded half the money due to me. I have mailed and tried to call David to get an answer as to why I was only refunded half and till today I have had no answer from David. It will be a month on monday since this whole thing and i still don't have my money back from SAA.
