Travelexpo a waste of time til today no feedback

On Saturday the 16 th we attended the Travelexpo. We currently have flight for 4 adults to Dubai in May. We needed accommodation in Dubai for nights for 4 adults including breakfast and tranfers. We were assisted by Julene from the Cresta Branch who we gave all the information to for the stopover of Emirates and the rates that we were quoted for their 5 star hotels. Julene told us that the operator will come back to her and she will give us feedback. My husband called her on Monday and she was on a call, he called on Tuesday and she was in training, he called Wednesday and she was in training, he called yesterday and a lady promised she would call back however til today no feedback. We were in urgent need of quotes to make our bookings so we have now gone with Emirates as Flight Centre staff are not interested in business. Really disappointed as it is almost a week tomorrow and still no answer, also as like all other clients we waited between half an hour to an hour to be assisted and still no feedback. Guess I will not be recommending Flight Centre to any colleagues or family member. Service is very sub standard. Why have an expo if you cannot deal with the volumes.
