I flew with [URL Removed] on Saturday (16-11-2013) to East London and returned to O.R. Tambo on Wednesday (20-11-2013). I initially booked my ticket for the return flight on the 20th of November for 8:55 am, but changed it to the 18:00 flight on the 20th from East London. I did the change online and a confirmation email were sent to me with my booking code. I did a credit card payment to [URL Removed] on the 25th of October to change the ticket.

Everything was confirmed, however when I arrived at check-in on the 16th the [URL Removed] personnel told me that my change were never confirmed and that I need to pay another amount of money, which I already paid when changing the flight, to be able to catch my flight. The staff at ticket sales told me that the same thing happened that morning to other passengers as well and assured me that I will be refunded.

I send a mail to [Email Removed] as they told me to, with my claim and all the evidence, but have not received any response. This is bad customer service. Please inform me.
