Good day, I called the Kulula call centre & experienced bad service as well as bad telephone lines which made me 2 keeping callin them back. I unfortunately booked an incorrect route with Kulula & now am experiencing such issues. I read the conditions on the flight bookin before pressing go & the lady at the call centre was advising me of different terms and conditions. She has advised me that it is not a Kulula flight but a BA flight. Then my response is why didn't the BA flight rules appear on the Kulula ticket acceptance. The first time I called Zhakia advised me that the change fee is R340 & the second time I called it was R300. Then I was told I could not b refuded for my ticket. I thought under the CPA u could be refunded as this ticket was bought an hour ago. I am terribly annoyed with the service I'm recieving as well as all the telephone costs incurred by holding on so long. I just want to cancel my ticket. I was also told if my ticket that is rebooked in the future if the amount is less than the original amount then I'll not be refunded & will still have 2 pay extra. At least with the refund I can pay 4 the change fee. in these times not nice 2 rip people off
