EPIC FAIL YET AGAIN! DISGUISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

WOW! 2complaints in the period of a week greyhound/Citiliner need to pull up their socks-seriously! I had booked a round trip for my mom and co. so on sunday we made our way to cpt station got there justafter 2 as the bus was MEANT to leave @ 3h15. queues were long but service wasnt too bad. once we got to the front to get things weighed etc we were informed bus an hour late... 20 mins later and sms said 2hours late- turned out to be 3HOURS LATE leaving at 6pm.right you would think this would be all but NOPE Bus BROKE DOWN @ touwsriver and a guy came to fix it.. it then went to laingsburg and informed 5 hours.. NOT SO! ended up spending the night in a bus with infants in laignsburg when another bus arrived @ 6AM next morning (mind you time of arrival @destination was 00h30! (6 HOURS LATER STILL IN THE WESTERN CAPE) Now one would think they would at least have teh decency to give the passengers refreshments... oh they did hours later when they got to three sisters??? really greyhound/citiliner really? CHECK your busses, double triple check your busses! train your staff, or take these busses off the market! ITS UTTERLY DISGUSTING SERVICE! A ROADLINK IN THE MAKING..WHAT MUST HAPPEN NOW?
