Worst service in the world. *Blacklisted*

We have hit the point where we actually blacklisted this company from using any of our accommodation suppliers.
After 60 days we had to send it to our legal department. (It was supposed to be a pre-payment account)
They sent us this statement to show they were going to pay. They even had the wrong account number loaded after having paid us 3 times before. We made approx. 40 phone calls to get the account sorted.
Seriously not impressed by any of their staff. We sent the invoices about 20 times to 5 or 6 different people.

We will only work with this company at the end of a very long stick.
