Do not sign up with these guys you will be burnt

Neotel has the worst account system out of any company i have ever dealt with
and the worst trained most useless clueless staff in the world

they have falsely blacklisted me for an account that was closed and paid up to date years ago
I have the reference number that the account was closed paid up to date

i have contacted neotell over twenty times regarding this problem each time i am told that the person i am talking to is not trained to deal with this situation and that someone will call me back
After spending hundreds of rand in airtime no one has called me back in the last 6 months of trying to get an answer from neotel
I have been in person to the neotel shop at the cresent and had them forward my emails to who they say are the relevant people in front of my eyes

i have requested that i will even pay the money they falsely claim i owe them for if they can just send me a bill for the amount .. an yet no reply from neotell

I have never received any answer from neotel
the people at the shop say that once they have sent the e-mail it is out of their hands and the only thing they can do is send the email again

there is so much more to tell but I have run out of space
