Booked for ticket to PE online on 16 December 2013. The next day phoned to cancel my ticket so I can get a refund, was told that the ticket had been canceled but I could only collect my refund at the Park Station offices. The following day 18 December off I went to Park Station only to be told by Tumi that I had to call client service between 07:00 and 15:30 as they are the ones who deal with online payment refunds.

Today, 19 December 2013 I phone the numbers given to me by Tumi from 07h00 with no response, the one number eventually goes through to the call center again and i was asked to leave my details and promised someone will get back to me... STILL WAITING!

Have tried phoning again NO RESPONSE (smh)
