Delayed flight - finding a way to help

I would like to compliment the mango staff in durban. After a delayed flight the staff at the airport made it their responsibility to accomodate myself, my wife and our10 mth old daughter, to the point that we were.placed.on. a different airline to get us to jhb on time.
I will support mango just because they were will to go the extra mile to get us to our destination on time...
