Chubb security blacklisted me AFTER i settled

I was subscribed to the security company for a couple of months and missed a few payments. I then settled the account after receiving a letter from their lawyers. after settling the account I still received letters of non payment from the company. I then phoned a number of times and told them that the payment was made to the lawyers account number, which was on the letter that they sent me. then to my surprise months after making the payment and telling them that the payment was made, I tried applying for a house and was shocked and angry that CHUBB ELECTRONICS/ SECURITY had blacklisted me. I went personally to the head office but everyone failed to help me. Thandiwe from the call centre tried to assist but soon stopped updating me. when making the payment I was told to use the following as a reference CHB111MOKSC9863 but no one from the company could pick it up on the system. so my problem is how can the security company have lawyers that do not communicate with them if clients have made a payment, what record keeping system do they use if the systems cant pick up reference numbers. I DEMAND TO BE REMOVED FROM THE CREDIT BEREAU IMMEDIATELY AS THIS IS VERY UNFAIR AND UNPROFESSIONAL
