My account was blacklisted due to outstanding enhancement fees. The amount of R274.50 was supposed to be deducted from my account as many times before but was not done this time. I paid the amount 4 days ago, sent the proof of payment to the supplied email address and contacted customer care for my account to be re-activated, only to be transferred back and forth between departments with no results. When I tried to enter my account today it was removed completely. BoB! Is this how you treat your customers? I have a rating of 99, 62% and have bought more than 520 items over the past year!!! You have made a lot of money through me but I suppose there is no loyalty left in this world.
