Harassment, threats and false accusations

I received the following sms:

Your EDGARS account has been handed over to VVM Debt Collectors. You have been blacklisted for non payments. Call us to commence rehabilitation by making a payment on your acc and to save legal costs and interest. Tel 08774021227

My questions/comments to VVM are:

1. Why is this number not working? I tried to call numerous times and no one answers.
2. I don't have an EDGARDS account, never had an EDGARDS account and never will have an EDGARS account. Is this so difficult to understand, as I have explained this to you before. Which part of it., don't you get?
3. What does "blacklisted" mean exactly?
4. I have been "blacklisted"? I hope for your sake it is a blatant and false threat in a pathetic attempt to try and intimidate me because if you have "blacklisted" me for an account I never had, I will proceed with legal actions against you and also report you to the credit ombudsman.
5. To commence rehabilitation? You should consider rehabilitation because it really looks like if you are suffering from paranoia and hallucinations.
