I made a booking with City to City bus liners and paid R880.00 online using my card. The payment went through and I received an sms and e-mail confirmation to say the money was deducted from my account. When I went to board my bus they insisted I provide proof of payment because my booking was canceled due to no payment. I told them online payments don't send proof of payments but they refused to let me board the bus. The only option they said was to buy other tickets and pay again which didn't happen because there was no more space. So I used a different bus line and was told I would get a refund. I was contacted by an Autopax consultant in customer services 17 Dec and she told me to submit some documentation for the refund which I did. Today, 18 Dec, I received an sms and email saying the money was deducted AGAIN from my account. Instead of refunding the money they deducted it again. This has put me in very stressful situation because I have hardly any funds left in my account, it is a lot of money
