I HAD BOOKED A BUS FOR THE 23 DEC 2013 ONLINE AND PAID FOR MY BOOKING WITH THEM THROUGH THEIR ONLINE SYSTEM WITH REF NO. ADWH80.
I FROZE MY TICKET TO TRAVEL IN JAN N THEY HAPPILY FROZE MY TICKET FOR ME. WHEN I BOOKED AGAIN FOR JAN I BOOKED A DIFFEREN T BUS, TRANNSLUX AND THE LADY I SPOKE TO ASKED THAT I PAID THE DIFFERENCE OF R190.78 FOR CANCELLATION FEES AND PRICE DIFFERENCE. I PAID THROUGH ONLINE BAN KING AND SENT PROOF TO [Email Removed] THAT SAME EVENING, BOOKED TO LEAVE THE FOLLOWING MORNING AT 6:30AM AND PHONED THE CALL CENTER TO VERIFY MY BOOKING AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME THAT SAME NIGHT BUT THEY DIDNT.

I THEN WENT IN THE FOLLOWING MORINING OF TRAVEL FOR THE BOOKING I HAD PAID FOR BUT MY NAME WASNT ON THE LIST. THE LADY THAT PRINTS OUT TICKETS WAS LATE AND ONLY STARTED ATTENDING TO ME AT 6:25. SHE COULDNT FIND MY PAYMENT AND SO THE BUS LEFT ME BEHIND MEANWHILE I HAD SHOWED HER PROOF ON MY CELLPHONE BANKING.

SHE ULTIMATELY AFTER SCREAMING AND SHOUTING GOT ME ON A CITY TO CITY BUS AND I TRAVELLED ATLEAST.
I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A REFUND OF THE MONEY IN HAD PAID WITH THESE GUYS FOR TRANSLUX WHEN I HAD BEEN ON A CITY TO CITY.
