Myself and my husband booked flights to Cape Town, we then decided to drive down but still fly back on the flight that was booked. I phoned the day on which our flight was leaving to make arrangements to move the ticket to September, but the cost was to high so we decided to rather let the ticket go. This was the discussion on the phone with the call centre, but not once was there explained to me that if I did not make the flight/cancel it or move it that the return flight would be cancelled.

When we got to the airport last night we got the surprise of our tickets being cancelled due to missing the first flight, how is that in any way right? It is 2 different flights, there was no communication to advise of this?

We had to pay in R 1505.00 per person to get onto the same flight to get home, I am totally shocked at how it is AT ALL possible for KULULA to just cancel our return flight? Whether it is policy or not, I don't understand how that can be justified? Why was I not advised by the call centre of the options when I enquired about changing the flight? Is that not what a call centre is for, to advise clients of their the best options that you have to offer? Booking Ref: MMXNZW
