On 29 November 2013, I booked and paid via Visa card for flights to Cape Town and a hired vehicle for the 23 December 2013. The total cost amounted to R21 855.00. Within the hour I contacted customer services to cancel this booking. I spoke to a Lucas Kamwana who advised me that there was a 20% cancellation fee to which i had agreed. I have since had 9 emails sent to Lucas without any response. I have also contacted customer services on 13 January 2013 and they couldn't even find my details. Booking reference L2XFPEK,

PLEASE could i have my refund as it is now 19 days overdue.
