Refund team still has not contacted me

Hello Peter,

I booked a DBN to CPT return ticket online for January 2014 using my credit card. My employer offered to sponsor my trip after I had booked and so I called Kulula Call Centre to cancel the ticket. After being given a run around and asked to hold while supervisors are being consulted, I was told I would be refunded in 8 weeks' time because it was a vitality booking (Is this normal to take this long to process a credit card refund?). However, the call centre agent told me that someone from the refund team would contact me within a couple of days to make the necessary arrangements for the refund. I requested that he puts what he told me in writing (email) which he said he would do, but never did. It has now been six days and still nobody has contacted me. My employer has since booked the flights for me as promised. Now I am worried that I might not get my money back.
