KLM's website keeps on giving an error the moment when you have to go to the payment screen & then tells you to contack the office. I wanted to make a booking for 6 people, website says it's R7050 per person, and then the error comes when I want to pay BUT when you call the office, they can't give you that price, it will then cost you R12 000 per person. Phoned customer service - they were just like..that's how it is... I think it's ABSOLUTELY crazy & POOR service that KLM can't give me the tickets for R7050 per person BECAUSE THEIR website doesn't work. The error is NOT on my side but THEIRS and they can't even fix it??? Seriously... KLM - you need to be able to match the website price when YOUR website is NOT working!! And I've been trying over two days now. It's actually so sad for me b/c I've been flying with KLM so many times in the past but now this... so dissapointed! It cost us to go with their partner (Air France) but prices were more expensive and we had to change dates to get more or less a price in the price range.
