DISGUSTED AND DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE WE GOT

I am disgusted at your level of service, After checking in on the 14/12/2013 with my friends only to find a 4 sleeper challet that is filthy, dirty and extremely hot, no human being could sleep in there . me my friends had to upgrade to a 6 sleeper which was more expensive, money we didnt budget for . sunday morning we went to the reception and enquired about the policy in regard to their Jacuzi and we were told we could stay there as long as we want, sunday at 21:30 we went to sit in the Jaccuzi at 22:00 a white guy by the name of Chris came in rudely told us leave the Jaccuzi right away, he was very rude and he never bothered to listen to what we had to say, but he rudely switched off lights and hot water. Who does that. The whole of sunday no one came to do house keeping, i have been to different places and i must say your service is horrible. The worst value for money . i wouldnt recommend your place to anyone.
A white person had a dog there with a sign for NO PETS ALLOWED all over the place but nothing was done just because their white.
