Dino's Restaurant
False advertising and poor customer service

Last night (05-02-2013) my husband went on the the website of Dino's restaurant in Lonehill.
We chose to order the Vegetarian pizza (advertised as being R65.00) and added chicken to it.
When I went to collect the pizza, they charged me R98 (R87 for the Vegetarian pizza and R11 for the chicken).
I was in shock that a pizza so simple could cost that much. I went home and went onto the website myself and saw it there as R65.
I called Dino's to query it. I was put through to the owner who said "the prices on the website are old and the new price obviously didn't update when they updated the website". He then went on to say that the prices on the website were "3 years old". [URL Removed]
I am sorry, but if you are going to have a website with your menu and prices, you need to make sure it is up to date, otherwise it is false advertising.

He also gave me such attitude that I was in shock. I then told him that his prices are extremely high and he gave me more attitude. I eventually said that we will not be back and he just said that is fine and put the phone down on me. I will never be back there due to the way my query was handled.
