My 75 year old father planned and booked an extensive trip through parts of Europe - including a 15 day Morocco tour. Part of the journey would be done by rail. We have been in close contact with Flight Centre over several WEEKS making the arrangements yet they still failed to produce the rail tickets. They kept saying they will be emailed to him. My father departs on Sunday the 15th, and he just received an email saying that he will be emailed his train tickets on the 17th (!) - no other detail supplied. He'll already be on his trip! The first leg of his train trip departs on the 18th from Paris to Madrid - How do you send a customer on his way without the full travel detail? Promising to provide detail moments before the train leaves the station is beyond comprehension - It blows my mind. Now he must check his mail while traveling, find printing facilities etc - all the while not even confident FlightCentre will deliver. It is a terrible worry that his entire itinerary can be tossed off kilter because of this explainable delay - and a terrible way to begin a 6 week trip. What a hassle! Shame on you!
