We booked in advance December 2012, for trip departing 13th August 2013, flights, accommodation and tour with Trafalgar trip. About 3xmonths before departure I started emailing Michelle for our documentation, & to collect. Taking a week or more to reply by emails. I was emailing for collection of documentation for Visa application and to collect our tickets and paperwork, itinerary for our trip. I would go in to the branch to collect but kept being told paperwork not ready yet.
I explained that my husband travels abroad for business, need to do Visa application at least 5-8 weeks before trip, to avoid stressful time management. received documentation 4 weeks before departure.

we requested when booking our tour, 1x day in Barcelona, when checking tickets, hotel booking was correct, but flight was a day earlier (incorrect)
. we requested for extension on our flight, as we now realised that Michelle. booked our flight a day earlier, she eventually came back to us, suggesting that flights are fully booked, cant change flight. We called Qatar airlines our selves & there was availability, but at high costs due to short notice.
