Went into Flight Centre Lonehill to get a quotation on a planned trip to United States (Las Vegas / New York)

Was assisted by Lorraine, and was told that she will mail me all the details after 2 days...
As it was a trip that I wanted to propose to a group of people Lorraine said not to bother as she will give me all the specific info.

Did not receive anything after 4 days and I followed up my enquiry with an e-mail to her, she responded that she was off sick and will send me all the detail ASAP.

I fully understand this as things do happen - But here is my concern...

After now 10 days and (and also 2 mails to ask why is she not assisting or answering me!) still no response!
(I have all the sent mails as proof)

Is this Flight Centre service, or just Flight Centre Lonehill?
