Bad Service

My mom and I took a train trip to Kimberley and booked our train trip with African Sun Travel. I specifically requested a coupe so that we wouldn't be sharing with strangers. They assured me that they would book the coupe.

We ended up sharing a 4 sleeper with strangers and the train manager advised me that a coupe was never booked.

To top this off, they never offered me the 25% discount for passengers over 65. My mom is 82.

I have emailed them on numerous occasions to ask for some sort of explanation and an apology to no avail.

They just ignore me. I will never use their services again and tell everyone to stay clear away from them.

If they had the decency to reply to my first email sent to them complaining and requesting an explanation on 12 August then I would not have gone the route of Hello Peter!
